This fruit driven Shiraz displays deep red cherry hues. It has dark rich Satsuma plum and savoury spicy aromas of nutmeg and black pepper on the nose which carry over to the palate. It then finishes beautifully balancing fruit, oak and velvety fine tannins. The fruit used in this wine is sourced exclusively from the Salter family vineyards and produced under the care of our winemaker Peter Gajewski.
A wine that is an absolute joy to consume. Indulge with a Peppercorn steak, Lamb cooked with rosemary or Eggplant parmigiana.
